List all 100 business in a street.
Make checklist of availabIe like Ig, youtube, website, Facebook.
Cold email/ whatsapp the business owner & show their mock website, fb with few post already etc.
Offer to give for free the fb, offer to make for them one-time payment, offer to service their social media for 6/12/18 months.
