As the demand of tourism increase in Muar eventhough we are a small town in Johor and also continuous effort of Muar Tourism, I believe tourism, ecotourism will flourish in a few years. . For that I think a proper and unique souvenir shop will be in demand.  Things that can be sold include t-shirt (with witty words), mug, cap, local signature food& drinks, traditional games, postcard with stamps (usual & the 1year unusual postcard) etc. . Location of shop is very important. I suggest it to be around the main road of Jalan Haji Ali (KOPI 434 UNTIL MPM) . For a start, we will setup a e-commerce website to sell this. And also other social media like FB page & Instagram to start promoting.

List all 100 business in a street. Make checklist of availabIe like Ig, youtube, website, Facebook. Cold email/ whatsapp the business owner & show their mock website, fb with few post already etc. Offer to give for free the fb, offer to make for them one-time payment, offer to service their social media for 6/12/18 months.

He makes comic for his own amusement. Insert some in-trend topic to ride wave (ex: xx), insert relevant cameo (ex: BTS) that is relatable. Can promote product in comic, ig story etc.

He came to Dubai in 2009 with just a backpack. Number one value in company is SPEED. Have idea today, run it tomorrow & discard it when its not working. Im not smart enough to overthink things, just take the action. Risky is when you only try once to get one ball in instead of try 100 times to get one ball in. Chances are given, its either you make a choice or not. Its hard to get from 0 to 1 (YOU need to make a choice) its not hard to get from 1 to 1billion (you got good friend, got business partner etc) Success is not money. Success is shaped by society.

I tried to have a cool discussion about this with some people. But it doesn't when that nice. Its a choice obviously, life is all about choices. And I choose the second one.
