Put smiles to faces through entertainment, philanthropic . turn your dream into goal because goals are achievable. that goal needs a plan we all just trying to figure this out they are successful, in whatever standard or box you want to put them in. and everything leaves traces, and you can find it in them too. they got all the tools need to be successful listen to your fans, they are apart of your universe they impact the culture great companies listen to the market, the consumer, the fans interacting with your fans Stan the artist, not the company. Why? Because they fucked up a lot time. Take calculated risk local/grass root promotion. direct-to-consumer aka social media . its 100% of  100% meaning everyone give their best in their part there is no balance, you seek balance it’s a privilege because they reach so many people, so many demographic in all different platform. they get the blessing so

experience got unconscious emotion attached to it. Writing transform it from unconscious to conscious. To remove the emotion, write it on a piece of paper & burn it(if u want to forget it) or keep the paper (if u want to remember it) ex: birthday card from kids etc #thewritingagenda

You are not what you look like. You are your soul, your spirit, your gift, your intention. I am what I look like. You keep the promises you make to yourself & stack it. Its an internal game. Give yourself credit for the promises you keep. Give yourself credit for your good intentions. 2B -brain & body. Move Your Body. Believe that you deserve to win. You outwork everyone that you start to think you worth it, you deserve it. Acknowledge the self doubt isn't mine, so scratch it.

Dont find mentors, find heroes Use fear as your compass Whoever fails the most, win. Fails at the right scale. Your failure serve a purpose. Practical empathy. Tell story the way they see the world. Tell story that useful to them. Writer block is a myth. There is no plumber block. Its not we cant write, we cant write it perfectly. Just write it poorly. You cant overcome fear, but you can dance with it. The more you try to overcome fear, the more you give it power. Intuition cost & opportunity cost. We need to be known by our work, not our resume.

Something bigger than you is called "purpose". And purpose is always "in service of other people..." Its bigger, its meaningful, its not just you. Nothing wrong with "passion" tho. Just it doesn't last longer & most of the time you doing it alone & its for your interest only.

So i had been thinking about this for a while. Its about the business model of charity atau senang kata modus operandi charity. . Ini yang biasa kita nampak - Ada keperluan (banjir, bina masjid, animal conservation etc) - minta sumbangan Dalam bentuk (wang, barangan, tenaga) Sumbangan wang ( one-shot, bulanan etc) Dapat apa (tax relief yang jarang orang guna, tolak zakat, goodies) This is the problem: - kena sentiasa minta sumbangan - tak tahu kesahihan keperluan - tak tahu progress bantuan - nak sumbang, nak volunteer tapi tak tahu nak ke mana, cari siapa? - masalah masih tak dapat diselesaikan walaupun selepas terima sumbangan
